Sinatra was approached by The Chicago Daily News "Keen Teen" editor to write a Father's Day column for the paper. The collection includes a telegram alerting the editor he would be bringing the article to Chicago himself, the draft copy of the article, a thank-you note written on Frank Sinatra stationery and secretarially signed and a copy of the article as it appeared in the paper. Sinatra's advice in part: "I say, let the kids get to know their fathers. You kids can get an awful lot of high class stuff from Your Old Man if you treat him properly and pleasantly."
