A black faux leather jacket with knit sleeves, three-button front closure, one now absent, and a label reading "Exclusive Sportswear of California. " The jacket was given to Richard McGibony, a friend of Johnny Cash in the mid-1960s. The jacket is accompanied by a handwritten letter from McGibony stating that Cash gave him the jacket while staying with him in 1967. The jacket is also accompanied by an audio recording of McGibony, on disc, discussing his relationship with Cash and the circumstances of Cash's visit to McGibony's home.
