A Fender custom Telecoustic creme electric guitar, serial number 0324, with two EMG pickups and original artwork with signature from artist Denny Dent on back. Together with original Fender hard case and a typed letter signed by The Rembrandts' Phil Solem. The letter gives an extensive background behind the making of the guitar and how Solem acquired it as well as stating in part, "This became my main guitar for quite awhile. I used it to record both the original version and the full-length single of 'I'll Be There For You,' the Friends theme song, among other things.
