A Fender guitar neck with broken maple headstock. The headstock is signed in blue marker "Kurt." Accompanied by a photograph of Kurt Cobain signing the broken and taped-together headstock. The guitar neck was given to a fan by Kurt's guitar tech on December 30, 1993 at the Great Western Forum Club in Inglewood, California.
