A group of handwritten cards written by Bette Davis to family members. The first is written on a Jezebel greeting card and reads in full, “Hi! Love as I used to be (smiley face) What bosoms! Alas - only one now! Ma.” The other reads in full, “Dear Justin, Don’t know if you know Dauma is an actress (smiley face) a fan sent me these paper dolls of parts I have played thought you might have fun with these kisses Dauma.” Another card written to “BD” and signed “Mother.” The last card is signed “Ma.” Accompanied by the paper dolls mentioned in the note that were given to Davis by a fan.
