A group of three letters written to Marion Davies. The first is a two-page handwritten letter from studio executive Joseph Schenck. The personal note expresses Schenck’s thanks and admiration of Davies. The second is a typed, signed letter from journalist and poet Nick Kenny, dated March 10, 1949, on New York Mirror letterhead. The third letter, dated October 23, 1944, is from Mabelle Armstrong-Taylor, who was unhappy about an article written about her sister. Attached to the letter is a copy of Davies’ response.
