A program from the Frank Sinatra Spectacular for Father Dismas Clark’s halfway house on June 20, 1965, at the Kiel Opera House in St. Louis, Missouri, signed on the photo pages by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Kate Stevens, and The Four Step Brothers. Johnny Carson, who filled in for Joey Bishop as Master of Ceremonies for the evening, has signed on the first page of the program as well as on the replacement notice card. The benefit concert for Dismas House, a halfway house for ex-convicts, was presented by Teamsters Joint Council 13 and broadcast on closed circuit television.
