A red folder regarding the construction plans for Oskar Schindler’s Krakow Nazi munitions factory in Krakow, Poland. Prepared by Siemens-Bauunion G.m.b.H, the engineering contractor, for the construction of the Krakow production hall. Stamped in Polish “Archiwum Planow/ budownictwa mijskiego,” which roughly translated reads “Archive’s Plans/ Municipal Building.” The factory, where industrialist Oskar Schindler is credited with saving the lives of 1,200 Jews, is now open to the public as a museum.
