A single page typed signed letter dated November 26, 1957 on letterhead from the Office of the Vice President, Washington. The letter reads in part, "I don't know when a musical performance has made a more favorable impression on an audience. The President spoke to me the following day and told me how much he enjoyed the evening and particularly the part the two of you played in it. He said, "I haven't yet figured out how they did it!"
