A military Civil War style dress coat worn by Mick Jagger during The Rolling Stones 1989-90 Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle Tour. The tail coat is cream with light blue fabric at the collar, lapels, cuffs, and lower lining and rows of brass buttons with the United States eagle emblem. Western Costume label reads "No: 29296 Chest 42." Accompanied by a letter explaining that this coat was worn by Jagger during the Steel Wheels Tour and given to crew member Michael Soratello.
