Acrylic Paint, tissue paper, glue, clay, pipe cleaners, pom-poms, picnic cloth and teddy bear on Epiphone Les Paul guitar. First grade thought this would be a fun theme to work on. We discussed what you do on a picnic. And when you are on a picnic what might come to visit. Each student made either a ladybug or an ant out of clay. Overlapping tissue paper with watered down glue created the sky. Pipe cleaners and pom-poms became the top of the apple tree. Our SJA bear is having a relaxing afternoon.
