The letter references the song "Monteagle Mountain" written by Richard McGibony and submitted to Johnny Cash, who recorded the song and included it on his 1989 Polygram album "Boom Chicka Boom." Together with a demo cassette of the song and an advance cassette of the album each in House of Cash envelopes, two music discs with the song, a homemade cross stiched hat reading "Monteagle Mountain," a custom painted Monteagle license plate, three handwritten letters on House of Cash letterhead to Richard regarding the song submission, a disc containing an interview with Richard McGibony regarding the song, and a signed letter from Richard McGibony regarding the memorabilia included in this lot.
