Together with a bound program for The Thalians 1973 Salute to Sammy Davis Jr., an index to Davis' personal VHS collection, his filmography, a blank 1974 diary, a spiral-bound collection of 1988 clippings for Sinatra and Davis' European concert tour, and a notebook containing phone numbers for the attendees of Davis' funeral.
