In November 1931, Clarence Sinclair Bull, the head of MGM's stills department took this photograph of Greta Garbo to publicize the film "Mata Hari" (MGM, 1931). The image was printed in 1979 and is marked 80/99, signed by Clarence Sinclair Bull, embossed with photographer's name and "The Kobal Collection."
