A four-strand cultured pearl and sapphire bracelet, The cultured pearls are light cream colored with fine luster, round shape, measuring 4. 5mm., with a 14k yellow gold spacers and heart shaped clasp set with 77 single and full-cut round sapphires of dark tone and low saturation totaling approximately 1.90cts., two sapphires missing, 7 inches long.
