Elvis Presley and Priscilla Beaulieu handwritten forms titled "Information For Marriage License. " The forms include personal information including age, date of birth, current residence, and previous marriages (if any). The information provided here was then incorporated into the couple’s “Affidavit of Application for Marriage,” a copy of which is included with the lot. The forms were filled out at around 3 a.m. on the morning of their wedding in Las Vegas, Nevada – an unusual time, but necessary to maintain the desired secrecy from the media. Both forms are secured with photo corners to a black sheet of paper. The forms were obtained by the previous owner from a security guard at the courthouse. This lot is also accompanied by letters of authenticity from Greg Page and Presley handwriting expert Rich Consola and a copy of an article by Memphis Mafia member Marty Lacker explaining the circumstances and secrecy surrounding the wedding. 6 3/4 by 4 1/4 inches, each; 10 1/4 by 8 1/4 inches, overall Categories: Elvis Presley
