An Elvis Presley gifted diamond ring. The 10K gold freeform ring with one full-cut round diamond gauged at approximately 0.20 ct., graded G-H color and VS clarity. The ring was given to Sam Thompson by Presley in 1977. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Thompson, who states that while at Graceland with Presley he admired this pinky ring.
