An Elvis Presley prescription pill bottle for Parafon Forte, a muscle relaxer. The label is from The Prescription House Inc. located in Memphis, Tennessee, and indicates that this prescription was prescribed by Dr. Nichopoulos on August 15, 1977. Presley died the following day. A piece of tape across the lid of the bottle is marked “Parafon” in an unknown hand. Housed in a shadowbox with three color reproduction images of Presley on stage. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Dr. George Nichopoulos ("Dr. Nick") and from the Elvis-A-Rama Museum where the bottle was previously displayed. 27 1/4 by 29 1/4 inches, overall Categories: Elvis Presley
