Handwritten on Henri Bendel label “Barbara [sic] Streidand/ Date 11-8-74.” Henri Bendel label affixed to brown satin lining, additionally labeled “Turkistukkuoy,” “Made in Finland” and “57.” Accompanied by one black and white and two color photographs of Streisand wearing this hat at the premiere of “Funny Lady” (Columbia, 1975), the certificate of authenticity signed by Streisand and a 2004 "Her Name is Barbra" Julien's auction catalog.
