A 1994 custom made Donna Karen black concert gown from the collection of Barbra Streisand. The gown has a stretch velvet fitted bodice with a plunging scoop neckline and empire waistline with a double layered sheer crepe skirt with graduated hemline. The gown has built-in leotard.
