A Beatles signed receipt and Midland Bank Limited document. The receipt is signed by all four Beatles acknowledging that they had received £50 each for the week of September 4, 1966. The document is dated September 9, 1966, and additionally signed by Mal Evans. The accompanying document is a Traveler Order Form from Midland Band, Hanover Square branch, dated January 10, 1966. The form requests five £20 travelers’ checks and two £50 travelers’ checks for John Lennon and Richard Starkey. A note at the bottom of the form reads “On behalf of NEMS Enterprises Ltd.
