The navy blue nautical blazer features red piping, an embroidered red anchor applied to the left chest, and gold tone buttons. Coleman wears this blazer in “The Rivals” (Season 2, Episode 2) while attempting to woo the same woman as his brother, Willis (played by Todd Bridges). In spite of their rivalry, the two realize their bond as brothers is more important than their mutual love interest. Diff’rent Strokes was an American sitcom broadcasted on NBC. The series follows the misadventures of two young boys from Harlem who are adopted by a rich businessman. This classic American television series was known for exploring difficult topics such as racism, drug use, and sexual abuse while still remaining family friendly.
