A green and black taffeta dress worn by Yvonne De Carlo as Roxy McClanahan in Scarlet Angel (Universal, 1952). The striped period dress has a stand collar, long sleeves, plunging neckline, velvet-covered buttons to the bodice, with semi-full skirt and detached sash belt with pocket. An internal Universal International label is inscribed “Yvonne DeCarlos [sic].” The dress was worn when Roxy celebrates a little boy’s birthday. Designed by Rosemary Odell.
