A two-piece lavender period costume worn by Yvonne De Carlo as Salome in Salome , Where She Danced (Universal Pictures, 1945). The costume consists of a fitted boned bodice with pleated cuffs and decorative fabric-covered buttons and a full skirt. The bodice is inscribed "Yvonne DeCarlo," and the skirt has a bias label inscribed "DeCarlo." Post-production alterations are present. Costume design by Vera West.
