A large group of items related to Starr's fifth tour with his "All Starr" Band. The tour included shows in the United States between February 12 and March 29, 1999. Items include: a Remo drumhead with applied "Ringo Tour" logo and date, signed in black marker by band members Ringo Starr, Gary Brooker, Jack Bruce, Tim Cappello, Simon Kirke and Tod Rundgren; two spiral bound tour itineraries, long sleeve t-shirt and two short sleeve t-shirts signed by all members of the band previously listed, a baseball cap and an unsigned t-shirt.
