A multi-cel setup depicting Starr together with a Blue Meanie in an Acrylic frame with cardboard backing inscribed in pencil, "To Ringo / from the Dr / with Love" with Lennon's iconic caricature doodle and "74" together with heavy underlining and exclamation points next to the printed frame instructions indicating his amusement with the choice of wording, "To Remove / Place fingers in hole Spread sides and pull out.
