A black wool suit jacket, trousers and double-breasted waistcoat with shawl collar. Label inside proper right interior pocket reads in part, "Nutters / 35a Savile Row, W.1," with additional handwritten notations in blue ink listing date, "21.11.69" and "Ringo Starr M.B.E." with additional Nutters label on exterior of pocket.
