A white cotton summer smock-style gown circa 1970 owned by Audrey Hepburn. The gown has a high collar and is embellished with inset bobbin lace with puffed sleeves and a tiered skirt. The gown was gifted from Hepburn to her close friend Tanja Star Busmann. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from The Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund signed by Hepburn's son, Sean Hepburn Ferrer.
