An Elvis Presley gifted white puka shell necklace with gold tone barrel clasp. Presley gave this necklace to his nurse, Letetia Henley Kirk. In the accompanying letter of authenticity, Kirk states that in April 1976 Presley performed in Oklahoma City. Outside of the venue, a couple was selling these necklaces.
