An Elvis Presley TLC necklace gifted to his nurse, Letetia Henley Kirk. The 14K gold necklace follows the traditional Elvis TCB design with the letters “TLC” replacing the more frequently seen “TCB.” Presley gave these necklaces to special women in his life, as he gave the TCB necklaces to the men he was close to. The necklace is embellished on the lightning bolt with 12 single and full-cut round diamonds totaling approximately 0.20 ct. and graded I-J color and SI clarity. The pendant is suspended on a 27-inch gold rope chain. Letetia’s husband, Tommy, was given a TCB necklace of the same design.
