Later, in the coffee room, Joan and Peggy (played by Elisabeth Moss) discuss Don's relationship with Megan. In “Christmas Waltz” (Season 5, Episode 9), Roger Sterling (played by John Slattery) offers Joan financial support for her baby, which Roger believes is a product of his and Joan’s short-lived but very passionate affair.
