Native American (likely Apache,Southern Arapaho or Southern Cheyenne), late 19th century. Collection of two distinct pairs of beaded, sinew sewn moccasins, comprising of one pair of hide composition, with colored glass seed beads in "T" pattern with four draping feathers on the vamp, with rounded tongue, with hide sting closure, with tanned hide sole; and one pair of hide composition, with colored glass seed beads with central depiction of diamond with three leaf motif at each of the diamond's four points, with rounded tongue, with hide string closure, with hard sole, with attached label "Dunning's Native Tanned Hide Senew Sewn Hard Sole 10 1/2". The first pair approximate length 10". The second pair approximate length 10.5"
