Andrea Branzi's fifteen piece tea service was produced in an edition of fifty by Giotto. In 1991, Ettore Sottsass curated the Giotto collection for a collector interested in manufacturing Italian design in Asia. Many designs in the Giotto collection never made it beyond the prototype stage and none of the works were formally introduced to the market. Giotto's entire inventory, including all fifty sets of Branzi's tea service, was purchased by Lesley and Adrian Olabuenaga, owners of ACME Studio, Inc. Works from the collection are not available for retail or private sale.
