English (Late 19th/Early 20th century). Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co: William Gibson & John Lawrence Langman, sterling silver footed console bowl, circa 1899. Footed bowl with ornate repousse work of scrolled foliates, flowers and lattice work on exterior. Marked on side with maker's marks and assay marks, additionally marked on bottom "GOLDSMITH'S COMPANY 112 REGENT STREET". Height 6.5", width 12.6", depth 9.5". Total weight approximately 32.75 troy ounces. Provenance: From the Collection of Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia.
