This dining table is from the collection of Dennis Davis;
it was commissioned for a house he designed for his parents in 1963. and features four butterfly joints, a book matched top and an ovoid cross stretcher. The house plans specified several designs by Nakashima for the interior and Davis coordinated a single order for the project.
