The low stool is one of Perriand's most famous designs.
This example is one of four stools produced for her personal residence in Rio de Janeiro. The interior scheme utilized extensive use of the indigenous material of Jacaranda, a Brazilian rosewood. It is the only time Perriand choose to use this material.
