Mies van der Rohe designed these stools for the interior of Philip Johnson's Four Seasons restaurant in the Seagram Building in New York.
This design was never put into production and was created exclusively for the Restaurant. The stool is included in the permanent collection at the Knoll Museum. Knoll label on one.
