Likely the only example of this form produced, this coffee table incorporates elements from the dowel chairs and taller tables by Eames and creates an austere effect. Eames' architectural training is clearly represented in the minimal use of material, while being elegantly proportioned. Tigrett custom ordered this table directly from Charles for use in his office.
