CITY, a Chicago store, was the first importer and distributor of Memphis furniture in the Midwest.
Chris Garland created the promotional poster for Barry Bursak, owner of CITY, in collaboration with David Csicsko. Now an iconic design, the poster was printed in a limited edition; 300 were printed by a professional printer, while 100 additional silkscreens were printed by Mr. Garland. Lot includes press ephemera, a letter of authenticity from Barry Bursak, and a poster from the limited edition of 100. more
