Villa at Varenna, Fornasetti's holiday home at Lake Como, was designed by his father in 1900. Fornasetti redesigned the home in the 1950s and incorporated his trademark decorative surfaces in every room; the abstract, Greek key motif utilized in this set illustrates Fornasetti's neoclassical style. This set includes a tall chest, two nightstands each with a built-in light, one tablecloth, one mirror and one bed skirt. Each element is covered in stitched and sewn fabric. Six pieces total.
