BJ Sears found a film taken by Thomas Edison of Paris in 1900.
In 2006, Sears traveled to Paris and shot film of the same places from the same locations as Edison had over 100 years earlier. The Mills Device, formerly known as The Moving Picture Recursive Distillation Apparatus Series A, features these two films superimposed and projected on one of its ocular components
