Chinese porcelain hand painted polychromed plaque with bird motif depicting small birds (predominately in pairs) perched in branches with light pink-purple flowering blossoms and orange flowers above a plumed peacock standing on a rock form with additional birds and fowl wading in the water on the rocky edge on white ground. Marked with red and black characters at upper right. Vertically aligned plaque contained in a wood frame with scrolled metal hook at top. Overall (including frame) 44 inches x 15.2 inches. Plaque approximately29.25 inches x 8.5 inches.
