This early Kepis image was used on the cover of the 1940 - 41 course catalog for Moholy-Nagy's famous School of Design in Chicago where Kepes headed the "Light Workshop".
The catalog cover is reproduced in virtually every book related to the New Bauhaus in Chicago. Signed verso.
