American, likely New York, Late 18th century (circa 1795). Fine Federal figured mahogany and inlaid sideboard with three inlaid frieze pull out drawers at top above bottle drawers on sides of recessed cupboard doors that open to storage within. Curved doors on sides of recessed center section with deep storage within. Server cabinet raised on six square tapered leg with inlaid bellflower motif. Height 41", width 80", depth 28.75". Provenance: Sotheby's New York: Important Americana, June 20, 1996 as Lot 423 whereby acquired by Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia.
