Circa 1775, fine George III satinwood marquetry demilune console table with Neoclassical motif of leaved swags, footed urns, winged creatures and fanning on top above apron with oval floral medallions and leaved swags on four rectangular tapered legs. Height 34.25", width 46", depth 19.8". Provenance: Lord Samuel of Wych Cross, Sotheby's London, November 17, 1989 as Lot 91, Sotheby's New York, October 23, 1998 as Lot 391 whereby acquired by Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia.
