Nadja Buckley, born Countess Nadja Ostrovska, designed and made jewelry in NYC from 1940 to 1979. Retailed by Georg Jensen, Inc., 1948, and Bonwit Teller. The remaining stock of her retail establishment at 30 E. 54th Street sold at Park-Bernet Galleries in 1955 after which time she concentrated on commissions.
