Beautifully painted porcelain vase signed by decorator James (Jas. ) Stinton (1902-1951), who specialized in game birds. This particular vase has a scene of pheasants feeding in a landscape, with pale yellow foot and neck trimmed in gold, with the Worcester green mark to the bottom and numbered 788/G. Slight gilding loss to rim. Measures approximately 9-1/2" high.
