Reproduction piece. Roman numeral XII to top of dial, all other numbers are sticks. Marked to back bezel Vacheron Constantin No75, B1074G-3; 47120 Swiss Made 123455. Leather watch band complete with metal safety and imprinted to back "Vacheron Constantin" with emblem to metal clasped side, and "genuine leather" to the other. Emblem inset to crown & stem. Dark gray textured face.
