Italian, late 19th century. A palatial bronze and crystal twelve light chandelier having a scrolled canopy hung with crystal rosettes and faceted pendalogues over an open cage headed with iron spires and perfumers (later) and hung with crystal rosettes and assorted shapes of large faceted pendalogues and mounted with scrolling candlearms at alternating heights having tole bobeches and candlesleeves, the shorter arms with crystal shades, all mounted with rosettes and pendalogues, the interior of cage with a crystal shaft and four further tiers of rosettes and faceted pendalogues. Approximate height 49", diameter 41". Purchased from Jacqueline Adams Antiques, 425 Peachtree Hills Avenue, Suite 7, Atlanta, GA 30305, whereby acquired by a Private Collection in Atlanta, Georgia.
