Andrew Jackson signed land grant to William King for forty-two acres of land in Jeffersonville, Indiana; Certificate No. 3309; features the seal of the General Land Office to bottom left and the signature of the president, Andrew Jackson, to the bottom right and to lower right (could be a secretarial signature); signed August 1st, 1833; framed under glass; measures approximately 15-1/4" x 21" with frame; document itself measures approximately 10" x 15-1/2"; document is in Good condition with age appropriate wear.
